January Goals

Here we are in a new year again. And here I am at 204.1 pounds again.

Here are my January Goals

Things I will do:
  • Continue to go to the back doctor for PT and Chiro adjustments
  • Walk 3-4x a week for at least 20 minutes
  • Up my water intake
  • No candy in January!
My weight goal:
  • < 200
